The Spanish Association for Desalination and Reuse (AEDyR) will hold its XIV International Congress ‘60 years of innovation in desalination and reuse’ on June 24, 25 and 26, 2025 in Tenerife. It will commemorate the 60 years of desalination in Spain and, among other issues, will analyse the technological development that has led our country and Spanish companies to be a benchmark in desalination and reuse in the world.

The congress, which is held every two years, will bring together national and international experts in desalination, reuse and water treatment from companies throughout the sector’s value chain, public institutions, universities and research centres in the Canary Islands city with the aim of promoting collaboration and the exchange of knowledge and experiences. The latest research, innovations and technological advances related to these techniques for harnessing water resources will be presented.
