The IWA Benchmarking and Performance Assessment Specialist Group (SG BPA) presents and discusses benchmarking- and performance assessment experiences and -projects around the world. Since 2007, this series of PI-conferences is a traditional, biennial forum to exchange ideas and methodologies. The next edition, PI2025, will take place in Poznan 8 – 10 June and is co- organised by Poznan University of Technology and Aquanet (Poznan water utility) New in PI2025 will be performance assessment in regulatory frameworks and novel topics such as how to measure sustainability in the water sector and other aspects related to a water sector in transition.
